The legality of CBC (cannabichromene) is confirmed in France and across Europe, as this natural molecule derived from hemp is not classified as a narcotic. Like other non-psychotropic cannabinoids, its marketing authorization depends on strict conditions, notably compliance with a THC level below 0.3% in the finished product.
