What is the legislation on CBD in Belgium?
Luxembourg stands as an exception within the European Union with very open legality. The country authorizes the sale of CBD with a THC level up to 0.3%, and has even legalized low-dose domestic cannabis cultivation, marking a break from the stricter regulation of neighbors like France.
Despite this flexibility, restrictions apply to marketing to ensure products are not sold as medicines. Luxembourgish law remains aligned with European Union principles for free movement, while offering some of the most liberal EU CBD legislation frameworks for both residents and visitors.
