What is the legislation on CBD in Germany?
Germany has one of the most structured regulations in Europe, with clear legality for CBD as long as THC remains below the 0.3% threshold. The country recently reached a historic milestone with the partial legalization of recreational cannabis, which indirectly influences the perception and sale of CBD within its territory.
