What is bypass mode?
Bypass mode turns your electronic mod into a virtual mechanical mod. By activating it, you disable manual wattage adjustment: the mod sends the battery's available voltage directly to the coil, unfiltered. As a result, the vaping power naturally decreases as your battery drains. This is the ideal option for purists seeking smooth, raw sensations while still benefiting from the electronic protections of their device.
Technically, the chipset no longer regulates the watts but continues to monitor for short circuits and critical discharge. The power output then depends solely on your coil's resistance value and the battery's charge level. For your safety, use this mode with coils suited to your batteries' voltage (typically 4.2V at full charge) to avoid excessive heat or putting unnecessary stress on your power cells.
