When a flower is harvested it gets trimmed: the small leaves and plant parts surrounding the head are removed so only the bud remains. Those removed parts are the trim. They are naturally loaded with aroma, since they come from the same plant and grew in direct contact with the flower.

The aromatic profile

Since the bag brings together several varieties, the bouquet depends on how the batch falls. Depending on the case you will find fresh citrus notes from the Haze varieties, fruitier tones, or deep earthy and resinous shades from the classic ones.

Intensity is generally lower than whole flowers, which makes sense: aroma concentrations are higher in the heads. The character of the range nonetheless comes through.

Each bag is therefore slightly different from the last. Composition varies between batches, and that is not a manufacturing flaw but the nature of the product.

In more or less every agricultural production there is a secondary product left over from preparing the main one. Hemp is no exception, except that here the subject often stays taboo, as though acknowledging trim exists amounted to a confession.
