Tips & Guides

Why is my radiator leaking?

Your coil is leaking because it’s either drowning or having a mid-life crisis. Either your liquid is too thin, the coil is poorly installed (crooked or not clicked in), or it's simply too old and its seals have given up. Either way, it's leaking everywhere and your hands are now as sticky as a nightclub floor.

Watertightness depends on pressure and the condition of the O-rings. A worn-out coil loses its ability to hold liquid (compressed fibers), while poor installation lets air in, breaking the "vacuum" effect needed in the tank to prevent juice from flowing out through the airflow holes.
