How safe is a mechanical mod?

Using a mechanical mod is like driving without a seatbelt or airbags: it is thrilling, but it requires absolute vigilance. Safety depends entirely on your knowledge, as there is no electronic circuitry to cut the power if something goes wrong. The golden rules are simple: use a battery in flawless condition, know the exact resistance of your build, and strictly respect your equipment's limits. It is a raw vaping experience that leaves no room for guesswork.

Technically, you must master Ohm's law to never exceed your battery's Continuous Discharge Rating (CDR). Systematically check your builds on an electronic mod or an ohmmeter before screwing them onto your mech mod to rule out any short circuits. Also, ensure the atomizer's positive pin protrudes enough to avoid a dangerous direct contact, especially on hybrid connections. Safety is, above all, about anticipation.
