What is the difference between a built-in battery and rechargeable batteries?
An integrated battery is soldered into your box: when it dies, you toss the whole thing (great for the planet, right?). An external battery (accu) is like a rechargeable, removable cell. It’s pure freedom: if you run out of juice, just swap in a charged one and you're back in the game.
Technically, integrated batteries often use Lithium-Polymer (Li-Po), which is compact but fragile. External batteries are standardized Lithium-Ion cylinders. The advantage of the "accu" lies in its stable chemistry and the ability to extend your gear's lifespan by only replacing the power source.
