Is it allowed to vape indoors, in a bar, or even in a nightclub?
Vaping in enclosed public spaces is prohibited by law, but a distinction exists for bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. If the establishment's internal rules do not explicitly forbid it and no signage is posted, it is theoretically possible to vape there, unlike in shared offices or public transport where the ban is absolute.
To avoid any misunderstanding with the staff or your table neighbors, the simplest approach is to ask the manager for permission. If the establishment allows your clouds, be sure to remain discreet so as not to turn the dance floor into a thick pea soup. In short, if it is not prohibited by a sign or the owner, you have the green light to take out your setup.
