Can we import foreign liquids?
The import of e-liquids from abroad by individuals is permitted, but it is strictly regulated by customs rules and the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). You can order for your personal consumption within the European Union, while purchases from outside the EU are subject to more rigorous controls regarding composition and nicotine strength.
Beware of unpleasant surprises: products from outside the EU do not always comply with French safety standards, such as bottles over 10 ml containing nicotine or strengths exceeding 20 mg/ml. In the event of a customs inspection, a non-compliant package may be seized or returned. It is better to stick to certified products to avoid your order ending up as administrative vapor before it reaches you.
