Does steam stain teeth yellow?
Good news for your smile: vaping doesn't yellow your teeth! Unlike tobacco, it contains no tar or combustion residues, which are the real culprits behind the brownish stains on enamel. You can vape your favorite liquids without fear of ending up with a pirate's smile. Your teeth will stay white and your gums will thank you because they will be much better oxygenated without the carbon monoxide from cigarettes.
Dental yellowing is caused by the tars and phenols produced by tobacco combustion that seep into the pores of the enamel. E-liquid vapor, mainly composed of PG and VG, does not have these staining properties. Granted, some very dark aromas might leave a slight deposit if hygiene isn't impeccable, but it is incomparable to the damage from tobacco.
