How can you prevent spitback?
To say goodbye to spitback, the secret lies in your wicking and power settings. Cotton that is too loose inside the coil allows the liquid to boil rather than vaporize cleanly. Make sure the cotton offers slight resistance when you slide it through the wrap. Slightly increasing the wattage can also help vaporize the liquid instantly before it is projected toward your mouth.
Technically, spitback occurs when the ratio between liquid supply and heat production is unbalanced. Ensure your e-liquid is suitable for rebuildables, with a high enough Vegetable Glycerin (VG) ratio for better viscosity. For your safety, avoid vaping if the problem persists to prevent burns. Regularly clean your atomizer's chimney to prevent accumulated condensation from dripping back onto the hot coil.
