How do you get rid of the burnt taste?
To get rid of a burnt taste, the only effective solution is to replace your worn-out coil with a new one. Once the cotton inside is charred, no miracle trick can restore its original flavor. This unpleasant taste, often called a dry hit, means your wick has heated while dry or has finally given up the ghost after too much good service.
To prevent it from happening again too soon, don't forget to prime your new coil by putting a few drops of liquid on the cotton and waiting ten minutes before vaping. Also, make sure your tank is never completely empty so the wick always stays properly soaked. In short, a coil is a consumable that cannot be resurrected: when it stings, you change the part. Careful priming is the best defense against accidental barbecue flavors.
