Tips & Guides

How long should it be left to mature?

Maturation time depends on the recipe: 0 to 5 days for simple fruits and 0 to 3 days for mints. Complex fruits require 3 to 7 days. For anise, coffee, or vanilla, count on 1 to 2 weeks. Desserts require 2 to 3 weeks, while Classics need at least 15 days, or up to 4 weeks for the most complex ones. Note the date on your bottles so you don't vape a liquid that hasn't finished its aromatic teenage crisis yet.

Technically, the richer the base is in vegetable glycerin (VG), the more steeping must be respected because VG is thick. Following this schedule is indispensable for a flavor result true to your expectations. A well-steeped liquid avoids unnecessary irritation and ensures a much smoother tobacco-to-vape transition. For athletes or those with asthma, a stabilized liquid is also more comfortable. When in doubt about an aroma, a doctor's advice remains preferable.
