Poze Formule Explosive: The Large Formats

The complaint arrived often enough that we passed it up the chain: Formule Explosive pack sizes were short. A 0.65 g bag earns its place while you are discovering a reference, and turns into a chore the moment you have settled on one and find yourself reordering every couple of weeks.

Poze answered at the top end, across both forms in the range. Here are the added steps, what they come to per gram, and who they genuinely suit, because the answer differs depending on how you use the range.

What has been added

Flower

The three familiar steps stay put: 0.65 g at 12,15 € per gram, 1.25 g at 9,52 € per gram, 2.5 g at 7,96 € per gram. Two far more generous sizes now sit above them, a 15 g at 7,40 € per gram and a 30 g at 7,20 € per gram.

End to end, the gap between the smallest bag and the largest reaches roughly 41 % on the per-gram price. That is a substantial figure, and exactly the sort of number people wave around without examining. We are going to examine it.

Resin

The same move applies. The 1.25 g at 9,52 € per gram and the 3.25 g at 7,66 € per gram are joined by a 13 g at 7,35 € per gram and a 32.5 g at 7,10 € per gram. Smallest to largest, the drop comes to close to a quarter of the per-gram price.

The resin curve is flatter than the flower one, for a simple reason: there is no ultra-short tasting size in resin, so no entry price inflated by the cost of packing a very small amount.

What the pricing curve actually says

Here is the part nobody else will tell you on our behalf. In flower, most of the saving is already banked by the third step: moving from 0.65 g to 2.5 g knocks 34 % off the per-gram price. Moving on from 2.5 g to 15 g removes a further 7 %, and climbing from 15 g to 30 g removes under 3 %.

Put differently, the large format is not a bargain in itself, the small format is expensive, and for a sound reason: packing 0.65 g costs nearly as much as packing 2.5 g. The same logic governs the resins, where going from 3.25 g to 13 g represents only 4 % per gram.

None of that makes the large sizes pointless, it simply relocates the argument. You do not buy them to save a few percent, you buy them to stop reordering, and incidentally to avoid paying postage six times over the course of a year.

Which size for which use

If you are new to the range, stay on the 0.65 g in flower or the 1.25 g in resin. It costs more per gram, that is fully intended, and it is the only sensible way to try Amnesia Haze and then Lemon Flash without committing real money to a profile you have not met yet.

If you use the range regularly and your reference is settled, the 2.5 g in flower and the 3.25 g in resin remain the best compromise in the catalogue. You have captured most of the discount and you keep a product that finishes within a reasonable window.

The 15 g, 30 g, 13 g and 32.5 g suit one specific profile: someone who gets through a lot, knows exactly which product they are buying, and will not change their mind halfway. Buying 30 g of a flower at this level without having used it for weeks first is not a good deal, it is stock sitting still.

A large format needs storing

Nobody mentions this, and it is what separates a good purchase from a waste. A 0.65 g bag finishes before it has time to degrade. Thirty grams will not: you are going to open and close that container dozens of times across several months.

The rule runs to three words: airtight, dark, steady. An opaque glass jar in a cupboard covers it. Avoid the fridge, where humidity swings do more damage than time does, and avoid leaving everything in the original bag once opened. Poorly stored flower loses its aroma within weeks, and you will have paid a volume price for something that has gone flat.

What does not change between sizes

The product itself is strictly identical. Same range, same intensity, same origin, and the legal 0.3 % threshold on THC applies in the same way to a 0.65 g bag and to a 30 g jar. Lab reports download straight from each product page, with no account and no form.

The precautions do not change either, and a large format does not dilute them. Always begin with a small amount, wait for the effect to settle before taking any more, stay off the road and leave alcohol out of it. Adults only, to be set aside during pregnancy or breastfeeding, under medical treatment, and by anyone anxiety reaches easily. Store out of reach of children, which counts for more as the quantity on your shelf goes up.

Where to find the range

The flowers sit in the powerful CBD flowers category, alongside Amnesia Haze, Lemon Flash and the flower fragments. The Mousseux and Ice-o-Lator resins live in the resin and wax category, and the range's two pre-rolls in the pre-roll category.
